These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all subscriptions offered by MassInvoices through its website https://massinvoices.com.

Services

MassInvoices offers a digital service that allows users to download and organize invoices in bulk from their Stripe accounts. Users can subscribe to the service with the following options:

• $19/monthfor a single Stripe account.
• $195/year for unlimited Stripe accounts.

Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless canceled.

Prices

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. MassInvoices reserves the right to update its pricing at any time. The price applicable to your subscription is the one displayed at the time of your purchase.

Order, Payment, and Subscription Renewal

To subscribe, the user must:

• Register with a valid email address.
• Select the desired subscription plan.
• Proceed with payment through a secure payment platform.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit and debit cards
• Google Pay
• PayPal
• Other regional payment methods

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date.

Service Activation

The MassInvoices service is activated immediately after payment confirmation. Users can begin downloading invoices from their Stripe accounts through their dashboard.

Cancellation and Refunds

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

Right of Withdrawal

By subscribing to MassInvoices, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service that begins immediately upon payment. As such, you waive your right of withdrawal as per applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided on the MassInvoices website, including trademarks, logos, and text, are the exclusive property of MassInvoices or its licensors. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

MassInvoices is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee against technical failures or third-party service interruptions.

Changes to the Terms of Sales

MassInvoices reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sales at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sales are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
