Acceptance of Terms

By using MassInvoices services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our services.

Description of Service

MassInvoices is an online platform that allows users to efficiently download invoices from their Stripe accounts. Users can download invoices in bulk and organize them in ZIP files, with the option to manage multiple Stripe accounts through the dashboard. MassInvoices does not store sensitive billing information on its servers beyond what is necessary for the service to function.

Registration and User Account

To use MassInvoices, you must register by providing valid account details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of Service

You agree to use MassInvoices in compliance with these ToS and all applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful activities or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or damage the platform.
• Access another user's data without authorization.
• Share, resell, or misuse data retrieved via MassInvoices in violation of Stripe’s terms or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the MassInvoices platform, including its design, functionality, and branding, belong to MassInvoices. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Payment and Subscription Policy

MassInvoices operates on a subscription model with the following pricing:

• $19/month for a single Stripe account.
• $195/year for unlimited Stripe accounts.

Payments are processed through secure gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

Data Privacy

MassInvoices only collects essential information needed to facilitate the service, such as account identifiers and metadata. We do not store or access sensitive Stripe API keys or financial data beyond the scope of generating ZIP files for invoice downloads. For more information, consult our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

MassInvoices is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the platform. You acknowledge that invoice processing and data integrity rely on Stripe's APIs, which are outside of our control.

Termination of Service

MassInvoices reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that compromise the integrity of the service or other users.

Amendments to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of MassInvoices shall be resolved in French courts, unless mandatory laws of your country of residence dictate otherwise.
